On title page, signatures of Ya'akov Entebbe - apparently, the signature of Rabbi Ya'akov Entebbe (died 11847), Rabbi of Damascus. He merited the addition of Kadosh (the Holy) to his name after he was tortured during the Damascus Libel after which he left his city and immigrated to Jerusalem [see: Likdoshim Asher Ba'Aretz, page 145].
The book leaves have stamps "Beit HaMidrash Menachem Zion Churvat Rabbi Yehuda HaChassid Jerusalem". On title page and Leaves 40, 58: handwritten inscriptions "L'Midrash Menachem Zion" in the handwriting of Rabbi Yosef Zundel Salant [who was in charge of the library of Beit Midrash Menachem Zion, identical to the inscriptions signed by Rabbi Zundel in the Kedem Catalogue Auction 12 Item 343].
