Manuscript, Pri Etz Chaim by R. Chaim Vital disciple of the Arizal. Early transcript in neat, cursive Ashkenazic script. [Europe (Germany?), 18th-19th century].
Composition on the kavanot of the Arizal on prayers, compiled by R. Meir Poppers from the writings of R. Chaim Vital. Many copyings of this composition where produced, and it was first published in Korets, 1782. The present copying was written in a script typical of Western and Central Europe.
The manuscript is lacking the beginning and end.
[41] leaves (misfoliation). 24 cm. Wide margins. Good-fair condition. Stains. Marginal wear and tears to some leaves. Significant worming, slightly affecting text. New binding.
