Ma'arechet HaElokut, faith, Kabbalah and Jewish philosophy, attributed to R. Peretz son of Yitzchak of Gerona, with a commentary by R. Yehudah Chayat and "a commentary by someone else". Mantua: Meir son of Efraim of Padua and Yaakov son of Naftali HaKohen of Gazzolo, [Rosh Chodesh Adar II, 1558].

This edition was printed about four months after the first edition was printed in Ferrara (Cheshvan 1557). The difference between the editions is in the "commentary by someone else", which in the first edition was printed as "commentary by an unknown author". In this edition, many sections of the commentary based on Greek philosophy were removed, and much commentary of other authors was added.
In the margins are handwritten references to citations from Zohar and Tikunei Zohar. Notations in the text and a few glosses in Latin on several leaves.

4, 208 leaves. 19.5 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains. Marginal worming, slightly affecting text on several leaves, partially repaired with paper. Deleted stamps. Ownership inscriptions to title page. New leather binding.
