On the title-page there is a handwritten self-dedication: "a gift from Rabbi Binyamin ben Batya of Yabnishok". [Apparently, the author himself wrote this, as he wished to make a note of who the giver of the book is, together with his mother's name, to be able to remember him in his prayers].
