1. A handwritten letter, by [Rabbi Lazar Isidor?] Chief Rabbi of France. Addressed to the Head of the Education Department, with recommendation for the son of Leopold Levi, for academic studies. Paris, 1879.
2-3. Handwritten letters by Rabbi Zadoc Kahn (1839-1905), the Orthodox Rabbi of Paris and Chief Rabbi of France from the end of 1888 until his death. One is written on the official stationary of the Chief Rabbi of Paris and addressed to Prof. Lichtenberg, the Faculty Dean of Protestant Theology in Paris, 1888; the other is on the official stationary of the Chief Rabbi of France, addressed to the Manager of Public Hygiene Service, 1893.
4. A handwritten letter by Rabbi Alfred Levi (1840-1919), Chief Rabbi of Lyon, eventually the Chief Rabbi of France (after the death of Rabbi Zadoc Kahn). The letter is written on the official stationary of the Lyon Rabbinate, 1889.
