Typewritten on the official letterhead of the Rebbe and signed by him.
Rebbe Yossef Yitzchak Schneersohn (1880-1950, Otzar HaRabbanim 8887), the 6th Admor of Chabbad–Lubavitch. He, along with his father, the Admor HaRashab (Rebbe Shalom Dov ber Schneersohn), established the Tomchei Temimim Yeshiva network. Became Rebbe in 1920. He was imprisoned by Czarist authorities and released in the year 1927. Moved to Poland in 1940 and then moved to New York. His works include "Sefer HaMa'amarim", "Likutei Diburim" and more. One of his sons-in-law was the late Rabbi Menachem Mendel Schneersohn, the Lubavitcher Rabbi of Brooklyn.
