Letter by Rebbe Yitzchak Horowitz of Malitz, to his relative Rabbi Moshe Halberstam "Moreh Tzedek in Jerusalem". New York, 1964.
The letter concerns purchase of books and holy objects in Jerusalem. The rest of the letter is about various Torah thoughts and a blessing of mazal tov on the appointment of Rabbi Moshe Halberstam to the rabbinate, "… your presiding should be for many days and years in good health and bringing glory to your holy fathers".
Rebbe Yitzchak Horowitz (1900-1978), son of Rebbe Naftali of Malitz (1845-1896, author of "Kedushat Naftali" descendant of the Rupshitz dynasty), served for sixty years as rabbi and rebbe in Vohlin and in the US. Authored "Birkat Avraham" and "Kevod HaShabbat" etc.
