Letter of thanks for a donation for the Rebbe's son's wedding, with wishes for blessings, success and happiness. The letter was written by a scribe, with one line at the end in the Rebbe's handwriting with blessings for Ketivah VaChatimah Tovah, with the Rebbe's signature.


Rebbe Shlomo Halberstam (the second) of Bobov (1907-2000), a prominent rebbe in recent times. Son of Rebbe Bentzion Halberstam, the Kedushat Tzion. After miraculously surviving the Holocaust, he reached the United States where he re-established the Bobov Chassidut, founding communities, yeshivas and Torah institutions in the United States and worldwide.
