Typewritten on the official stationery of the rebbe, with his signature.
Addressed to R. Chaim Nachman Kowalsky (1892-1978), with blessings for a kosher and joyous Passover, in true freedom, both from material and spiritual worries. The rebbe continues to wish him that the freedom and joy should be drawn over into the entire year, and concludes by thanking him for the wishes he sent on the occasion of the rebbe's birthday.
