Request to let the Jews of the neighborhood take over the cleaning services and permit them to receive payment for cleaning. Until that time, cleaning was performed by a group named "Mutiba" and it rendered its services to Jews only in neighborhoods where its members lived. Single leaf 14X23 cm. Good condition.
