In an assembly meeting of the Chief Rabbinateג€¦it was decided to establish a project to preserve the memory of Holocaust victimsג€¦.. by : ג€¦guarding the holy placesג€¦.observing Shabat, enhancing the study of Torahג€¦.in memory of tens of thousands of Jewish children who were murdered in the Holocaustג€¦" Ink stamps and handwritten signatures of Rabbi Eliyahu Mordechai Halevy Valkovsky and Rabbi Ya'akov ben David Klemes.
