Rabbi Shlomo HaLevi HaZaken, son of Rabbi Yitzchak (1532-1600), exiled from Portugal, Rabbi of Salonika and one of the great Sages of his generation. Amongst his printed works are: "Lev Avot" (Salonika 1565), "Divrei Shlomo" (Venice 1596), "Cheshek Shlomo" (Salonika 1600).
