Five printed Documents, concerning Jews in the Russian Empire following the pogrom named "Negev Storms". Memel (Klaipėda), Lithuania and Frankfurt am Main, 1881-1882. German.
1-2. Two printed leaflets. Memel, December 1881; March 1882. In both were printed texts by Rabbi Dr. Yitzchak Rülf , rabbi, journalist and Jewish-German philosopher, who was very active with relation to the situation of Jews in the Russian Empire during the pogroms. Established in 1880 the "Permanent Committee for Assistance to Russian Jews" and headed it.
