Many of the letters discuss communal matters. In one letter (Tishrei 1945), the rebbe requests Mr. Glazer's assistance in bringing over Tomchei Temimim students in Shanghai to the United States. In other letters, the rebbe acknowledges his donations to Chabad institutions, and his sponsoring the printing of the Tzemach Tzedek series of books.
