Kol Bo is a collection of laws from the period of the Rishonim, which is very similar to the book Orchot Chaim by Rabbi Aharon of Lounill. The author is unknown, and it is unknown which of the two was composed first.
4, 158 leaves [missing: 6 first pages. Title page and first two pages of composition completed in ancient Ashkenazi handwriting, however, the three index pages following the title page were not completed. Leaves 144-158 detached and replaced from another copy [with Sephardic ownership signature upon last page]. Leaf 158 damaged and replaced with Ashkenazi handwritten copy as first pages.
