Kol Bo – Laws pertaining to all the days of the year, customs, interpretation on the Haggadah for Pesach, laws of Isur and Heiter [forbidden and permitted], monetary laws and more. [Italy, approximately 1490].
The Kol Bo book is a collection of Halachot, comparable and even similar in many aspects to the book Orchot Chaim by Rabbi Aharon from Lonil. The identity of the author is unknown as is the meaning of the similarity between the two compositions. As well, it is unknown which of them was composed first. Professor Shlomo Zalman Havlin declared that Kol Bo is an early edition of Orchot Chaim (the author first wrote Kol Bo and then changes were made to the book and it was named Orchot Chaim).
Printed in square letters with two columns on each leaf. The place and date of the publication are not mentioned in the book, there are no page headings or page markers. Nevertheless, the pamphlets and sheets are numbered. The index of the chapters is included at the beginning of the book.
