Iton Rishmi [Hebrew: Official Newspaper]. Issue no. 1 (14.5.48) through issue no. 25 (1.10.48), bound together in an original binding with an index. Printed with authorization granted by the Provisional Government, "HaPo'el HaTza'ir" printing press, Tel Aviv.
The papers were printed separately and bound together towards the end of 1948.
Issue no. 1 is printed on lighter paper, as it appeared originally. The issues contain an abundance of information as to the emergency state in the country and the initial organization of various institutions of the young State of Israel.
VIII, 167 pp, 32 cm. Good condition. Minor stains. Minor tears to margins of a number of leaves. Pen inscription on first two leaves. Worming to spine, endpapers and additional leaves at the beginning and end of the volume. Stained and damaged binding, torn spine.
