Lengthy letter handwritten and signed by R. Moshe Rosenstein, renowned mashgiach of the Lomzha yeshiva in Poland. Lomzha (Łomża), 1935.
Addressed to R. Moshe Aryeh Ozer, a dean of the Petach Tikvah branch of the Lomzha yeshiva. The letter discusses immigration permits for students wishing to immigrate to Eretz Israel. The mashgiach, who was known for his great sensitivity to others, describes the disappointment of the other students who did not receive a permit, and praises the students for their intellectual capacities, diligence and positive character traits.
