Signed “David Aryeh Briesel Lifshitz” [the righteous Rabbi David Aryeh Briesel, son-in-law of the Admor Rabbi Natan Neta Lifshitz of Vilipoli, father of the Briesel and Lifshitz families in Jerusalem, his son Rabbi Aharon Lifshitz married the daughter of Rabbi Pinchas Yishaya Mintzberg c. 1910].
