Arieh Elhanani (1898-1985) was an Israeli architect, artist, and graphic designer, winner of the 1973 Israel Prize for architecture for his "contribution toward molding Israeli culture." Among other things, he designed pavilions and buildings for the Levant Fair in the Port of Tel Aviv, and created the "Flying Camel" logo for the fair, as well as the emblems of the IDF and the Palmach.
Approx. 95.5X65.5 cm. Good condition. Few minor stains. Minor tears to edges, mended. Open tear to upper left corner, repaired (with recoloring). Poster linen-backed for display and preservation.
