Glass cup. Erlau [Eger, Hungary] 1909. Transparent glass with engraved writing and decoration. Decoration of branches and leaves. On one side: the Star of David, on the other side: the dedication: "Rabbi Israel, Erloi, 1909". It appears that this cup belonged to Rabbi Israel Isaacson (born 1880) a Romanian Hassidic rabbi, Av Bet Din of Erlau. Author of the book “Shomer Mitzvah” on the 613 mitzvot. See attached material.
