Copy of letter addressed to "Our honorable brothers…in Jaffa and the Moshavot" with announcement to the Turkish Regime about the founding of a temporary committee of 14 members in Jerusalem. Amongst the members are David Yellin, Meyuchas, Mani and others. The committee will perform a census in each and every neighborhood, and take care of the rights of Ottoman Jews.
