Two photos portraying the first Fire Department of Tel-Aviv [1930s].
1. Firemen on the first fire-rescue apparatus in Tel-Aviv made by "International" [ca. 1930]. 11.5X16 cm, signed on the reverse "Plastica Tel-Aviv". Good condition.
2. Firemen on a fire-rescue apparatus, photograph by Rudi Weissenstein, [ca. 1935]. Apparently, this is the fire-rescue apparatus which has just arrived from London in 1935 and was named "Meira" after Meir Dizengoff. 21X18 cm, ink-stamped on the reverse with photographer's stamp. Good condition, creases and minor damages.
