Sixty-five photographs by Moshe Vorobeichic (Raviv) (Moi Ver), documenting the pre-war atmosphere of the Jewish ghetto in Vilnius. Vorobeichic's unique 'New Vision' photographic style utilizes a composition of light and shadow, integrating geometric shapes and dynamic photographic angles with a collage-like graphic layout of the images. Introduction by S. Chneour. This Yiddish and German edition is the rarest of the three bi-lingual editions of the book. One of the most important photobooks of the 20th century.
