About 50 documents related to the registration of the "Arab Front in Israel" (later called "the National Front in Israel") as an NGO according to the law of NGO's, 1958-1960. Hebrew and Arabic. "The Arab Front" was founded in 1958 for the national rights of the Arab people and was the first national Arab organization in Israel. The documents present the organization's goals, members' names, etc. Members are signed on some of the documents (including the historian Dr. Emile Toma, one of the Israeli-Arabs public leaders). Some of the goals mentioned in the documents are: to let Arabs return to their villages, to return confiscated lands to their owners, to cancel martial law, to cancel racial discrimination, to use Arabic as an official language in all government offices, to let refugees return, etc. In a cardboard folder bound with a lace, 34.5 cm.
