3 handwritten volumes, diary of Menachem Mendel Hotman, member of youth movement (Ha-Shomer Ha-Tza'it?). Bokovina, Romania, 1925-1926.
Writer of the diary, born 1906, member of Zionist youth "Hachshara" and member of the "Kevutza". Diaries are addressed to a friend (named Eva), describing daily life, trips and landscape descriptions, books that he read, lectures, friends etc. Some of the memories in the third volume have a place indication: Bucharest or Vienna. Few photographs are pasted in the notebook.
3 volumes, about 1,000 leaves. Fair to poor condition. Moisture damages to one of the volumes with holes to last 20 leaves, stains to other columes. New bindings. Original cloth binding pasted to one of the volumes, painted, with the movement's emblem.
