דיו וצבעים על קלף. השוליים העליונים גזורים בצורת כותרת שער עגולה.
כתובה מעוטרת במסגרת עלים, פירות ופרחים, האופיינית לכתובות מאנקונה מאותה תקופה. כותרת גזורה בצורת קשת.
אורך: 57.5 ס"מ, רוחב: 34 ס"מ. מצב טוב. כתמים קלים. סימני קיפול וקמטים.
