Addressed to "comrade B.Z.Ilan" and relates to a complaint of Moshavim Members regarding their settlement. Ben-Gurion expresses some of his ideas about training of young men in the army. Amongst other thoughts he says: " I have a few fears about fighting yout. This is a special case. I am afraid that not enough attention is paid to training and not all is done to motivate these young people to join agricultural settlements after they have been released from the army".
