The author, R. Yitzchak Eizik HaLevi (1735-1783), was a kabbalist and hidden tzaddik, associate of the Baal Shem Tov.
Signature on title page (slightly faded).
[5], 5-69 leaves. 22 cm. Good-fair condition. Stains and wear. Minor marginal tear to title page, and marginal open tears to other leaves, not affecting text. Minor worming. Leaves trimmed with damage to headings in several places. New leather binding.
