On its face, the shape of a Magen David and the letters J.W.B. - a welfare organization for religious affairs established in 1917, for the benefit of Jewish soldiers in the American army: drafting rabbis for army service, providing Jewish Houses of Prayer, prayer books, etc. The organization existed until 1941.
