Served as chief rabbi and chief Av Beit Din of Petach Tikva. Member of great Beit Din of Jerusalem. Established Beit-El Kabbalist Yeshiva. Composed Yaskil Avdi responsa – eight sections, and additional books in revealed and esoteric realms of Torah.
