Three women's caps. Europe [Germany or Poland, 19th century].
Silk brocade and cotton fabrics; gold and silver metal thread embroidery; metal discs and beads.
Three women's caps of identical cut decorated with vegetal patterns and a strip of fan-like decorations near the forehead. On the back of the cap, made of blue silk brocade with an embroidered floral pattern, is a decorative ribbon made of fabric.
Average size 18X25 cm. Size varies, fair to good. Wear, tears and unraveling.
