Three poetry books in German printed in bibliophile editions:
* Die trunkene Mette durch vier deutsche Jahrhunderte gelesen von Ernst Schulte Strathaus und Karl Wolfskehl, bestellt von d. Gesellsch. Leipzig: W. Drugulin, 1909. German.
Anthology of wine and drunkenness poems, among them poems by Goethe and Schiller. Numbered copy 151/200, signed by Karl Wolfskehl. Handwritten dedication by Ernst Schulte-Strathaus on the endpaper.
Enclosed is a booklet: Grüße und wünsche zum achtzigsten geburtstag dankbar zu erwidern [wishes and congratulations for the eightieth birthday], with a portrait photograph of Ernst Schulte Strathaus and his signature.

A work in two parts: Leben und Menschen and Leben und Sinn. Poems composed by Vincenz Hundhausen (1878-1955), a German professor in Peking University in China, who occasionally wrote poetry.
Each part was printed in a separate booklet in black and red ink. The booklets are thread-bound and covered with blue silk. Both booklets are inserted in a cloth-covered cardboard slipcase.
Part one: 66 pp, part two: [2], 67-126 pp, 25 cm. Good condition. Defects to case.
