Certificate in the name of Yeruham Vardimon (engineer and typographer, manager of the "Mugrabi" cinema in Tel Aviv), certifying that he purchased six shares in the amount of One Lira each, in the "Yachdav" society of authors. Signed by the society's manager Avraham Shlonsky, and its secretary Yitzchak Norman, with the society's ink-stamp. According to the text, the society's capital was 1,000 Eretz Israel Lira, consisting of 980 common shares of 1 Lira each, and 20 preferred 'foundation' shares of 1 Lira each.
Amongst the members of the important modernist literary society "Achdav" were the poets Avraham Shlonsky, Alexander Penn, Nathan Altermann, Avraham Halfi, Leah Goldberg, Eliezer Steinman, Israel Zemora and others. 27x19.5cm. Good condition; filing-holes and crease.
