The book contains a description of Jewish life in Safed, and includes a harsh criticism of R. Refael Silberman, dayan and posek in Safed, and also mentions a dispute between R. Yaakov Berish of Ramin and R. Shmuel Heller.


68 pages. 13.5 cm. Dry paper. Good condition. Stains. Marginal tears to several leaves. Close trimming, affecting page numbers. New nylon binding.
Date of printing after Sh. Halevy. The Bibliography of the Hebrew Book and NLI catalogue give the date as 1874.
