On the back, a 20-lines handwritten letter by Rabbi Aryeh Levine in his pearl-like handwriting, to his relative, Prof. Ben Zion Verbin [famous pediatrician, father in law of Knesset member Yossef Sarid].
On the back of the envelope appears Rabbi Aryeh's address. The address of the receiver is handwritten on the envelope.
Rabbi Aryeh Levine (1885-1969), the famous "Zadik Yerushalmi", studied in Lithuanian yeshivot, made aliyah to Eretz Yisrael and occupied himself with teaching and charity, he turned into a legend while still alive and remained simple and modest, hiding his genius in Halachah and Kabalah.
