Shaarei Dura, halachic rulings on laws of kashrut, by R. Yitzchak HaLevi of Dura. Maidan, Zaslav (Iziaslav): Eliezer son of Yaakov Rublinker and David son of Moshe of Zaslav, [1807].
Stamps of Rebbe Natan David (the first) of Shidlovtza, son of R. Yerachmiel of Peshischa and grandson of the Yid HaKadosh of Peshischa. On leaf 71 are two (different) stamps of his: "Natan David son of the Rabbi of Peshischa".


Signatures on title page (some deleted). Stamp of R. Avraham Werner of Safed. On the title page and additional leaves are ownership inscriptions of the Sadigura Kloiz. On the last leaf is an early ownership inscription of "the philanthropist R. Yechiel Michel son of R. Tzvi Hirsch of Sharhorod".


Rebbe Natan David (the first) Rabinowitz (1813-1875) was the son of Rebbe Yerachmiel of Peshischa, son of the Yid HaKadosh of Peshischa. He succeeded his father as Rebbe in Peshischa and later moved to Shidlovtza (Szydłowiec), where he was reputed as a wonder-worker and attracted a large following. He was a progenitor of the Chassidic dynasties of Shidlovtza, Biala and Munkacs.

Heavy wear and open tears to title page and additional leaves, affecting text (margins of title page repaired, including paper filling). Worming and close trimming, affecting text. New binding.
