The book was printed as a gift for Shlomo Zalman Schocken, on his sixtieth birthday. A printed dedication by Agnon opens the book: "I did not find a better gift than a collection of stories about books and authors". Printed in 120 numbered copies on paper of good quality in black and red letters, bound in a fine binding. This is copy no. 114. [4] leaves, 11- 116, [2] pp, 24 cm. Good condition. Tears to spine.
