Rabbi Aryeh Leibush Bernstein (1780-c.1843), renowned leader and Torah scholar in the city of Lvov (Lemberg). His father, Rabbi Yechiel Michel (died 1841) was a community leader in Lvov, brother of Rabbi Shmuel Brinstein Av Beit Din of Amsterdam and Rabbi Nathan Av Beit Din of Lubartów .
