1. Sidur "Israel's Gebete" (Ashkenazi rite), with translation and commentary (in German) by Rabbi Hirsch, the founder of Western-European Neo-Orthodoxy and Rabbi of the Separatist-Orthodox community of Frankfurt am Main. First edition, 1895. This copy belonged to the Plato family of England. On both sides of frontispiece handwritten dedication in English and Hebrew, written by Paltiel Plato, grandson of the Rabbi, as well as birth-dates of family members. In addition two pictures – of the Rabbi and his son, Dr. Mendel Hirsch (who published the Sidur) – are to be found at the beginning of the book.
