Pass / Paß, passport issued by the Deutsche Verwaltung im Gebiet des Oberbefehlshabers Ost [German administration in Ober-Ost]. Issued in Lithuania in 1917. German and Yiddish.
Passport, printed in German and Yiddish (with details filled-in by hand) issued by the German administration in Ober-Ost (occupied territory which was under the rule of the German Empire in World War I. Included in this territory were: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus, as well as areas in Poland and Courland).
The passport bears the owner's photograph and her fingerprint and is stamped "Verwaltungsgebiet Litauen" [Administration in Lithuania] alongside additional stamps.
