On title page self dedication signed by Rabbi Shmuel Zonana, 1920, and his ink stamp in the rabbinate In Romania.
On page 14 appears an interesting handwritten comment, signed by the writer "Yissa Beracha S.T."
The Ga'on Rabbi Ya'akov Shaul Eliyashar (1817-1906), one of the great sages of Jerusalem. As of 1893 served as Chief Rabbi of Jerusalem (Ha-Rishon Le-Zion – Chacham Bashi). An outstanding genius. Wrote many books. Used to sign "Yissa Beracha", even when he signed his full name "Yissa Beracha" was added.
