Polemical work by the rabbis of Kollel Ungarn (Shomrei HaChomot), against R. Akiva Yosef Schlesinger and his book Beit Yosef Chadash.
The work contains an appeal to the heads of the Hungarian, Austrian, Moravian and Bohemian kollels and the Rabbis of Jerusalem, asking them to rescind their approbations to R. Akiva Yosef Schlesinger's book; the rabbis' decision demanding the author hand over all the prints of his book pending a thorough investigation; a ban on the book by the directors of the Kollel; and a revocation by R. Avraham Ashkenazi and R. Meir Auerbach of their approbations to the book.
