Nine photographs (cabinet cards and carte de visite) taken by photographers in Palestine. Jaffa and Haifa, [late 19th century and early 20th century].
1-6. Six portraits by the photographer Dawid Sabungi, pasted unto an original cardboard cards of his studio in Jaffa.
Handwritten dedications appear on the verso of both photos.
7. Photograph of a girl in Arabic ethnic attire. Pasted unto an original cardboard card, bearing the photographer's ink-stamp on verso: S. Schur Jaffa.
8-9. Two portrait photographs, pasted unto the original cardboard cards bearing the photographer's ink-stamp on verso: C. Sawides Caiffa.
A handwritten dedication, dated 1908, appears on the verso of one photo.
