A collection of poems by painter and poet David Burliuk (1882-1967), the "Father of Russian Futurism". Most of the poems were written during Burliuk's stay in Japan, after he had left Russia and before he settled in the United States. The collection is named after Burliuk's wife, Marusia (to whose name he added the Japanese honorific "san"). The poems are accompanied by a number of photographed paintings by Burliuk. The booklet cover was designed by Burliuk (there are copies with a different cover).
[24] pp., 22.5 cm. Good condition. Stains and creases, dampness marks. Small tears to leaf margins. Damage to cover.
