Long autograph letter (4 pages) of Torah thoughts, signed by Rebbe Mordechai Goldman of Zvhil. Jerusalem, 1932.
Written at the time he studied at the Hebron Yeshiva in Jerusalem, sent to Rabbi Shimshon Aharon Polonsky of Teplik who was a faithful follower of his grandfather, Rebbe Shlomo Shmelke of Zvhil.
R. Mordechai Goldman was a holy Torah genius (1906-1981, Encyclopedia L'Chassidut Vol. 3, p. 193), author of Yekara D'Malka. An exceptional Torah scholar, known for his chessed and ready assistance to all in need and for the wonders he performed. Son of Rebbe Gedalya Moshe of Zvhil [buried in the Sheikh-Badr cemetery], and grandson of Rebbe Shmelke of Zvhil. Served as Rebbe from 1949.
