A family letter from the Holy Admor Rabbi Yitzchak Meir of Kopitshnitz addressed to "my dear son, my heart's treasure", Rabbi Shalom [Yossef] Heshel. Vienna, (1927).
In the interesting letter he writes "…Bless Hashem for the greatness of His loving-kindness that I have actually experienced resurrection of the dead…".
The Admor Rabbi Yitzchak Meir of Kopitshnitz (1862-1936, Encyclopedia of Chassidut, 2, pages 425-426), of the Apta lineage, son-in-law of the Admor Rabbi Mordechai Shraga Freidman of Hosi'atin-Ruzin. Served as Admor in Kopitshnitz, one of the great Admorim, renowned as a tzaddik and redeemer. After World War I, he settled in Vienna.
On the second side of the postcard there is a letter in Yiddish from his wife, the Rebbetzin.
