Sent to Rebbe Yoel of Satmar, regarding support for an orphanage which was one of the projects of Ahavat Chaim, directed by R. Menachem Menashe.

R. Menachem Menashe (1892-1968), author of Ahavat Chaim. Renowned Sephardic orator and Torah teacher in Jerusalem. He studied under the kabbalists R. Yitzchak Alfaya and R. Yehudah Fatiya, at whose behest he established the Ahavat Chaim society, which spread Torah and engaged in charitable projects.
