Sent to R. Alter Chaim Kohen in Ramat Gan. The Rebbe begins his letter writing about participation in the Chag HaGeulah gatherings in Kislev, and especially the "Yom HaBahir" 19 Kislev gathering, and offers the blessing for the day's gathering to influence the rest of the year.
