The leaf was signed by some of the Torah scholars and leaders of those times: Rabbi Ya'akov Yehuda Levy (signed twice), Rabbi Shneur Zalman Rivlin, Rabbi Eliezer Dan Ralbag, Rabbi Mendel Monshtar, and others.
On the reverse side of the leaf are more inscriptions of income from donations.
